How do I choose a good Inspector for my building inspection?

Read reviews online, Interview the Inspector and ask questions. You should be comfortable talking to your Inspector. Ask about the Inspectors background. Ask for a copy of a sample Inspection report.
Does 4site conduct Commercial Property Inspections?

Yes, we are Certified through the CCPIA and we conduct various Commercial inspections including, Warehouse Inspections, Industrial Inspections, Office building Inspections, Apartment building inspections, Retail Building inspections, Laundromat inspections, Storage unit inspections, some Church, Restaurant and School inspections.
Does 4site conduct Home Inspections?

Although the focus of 4Site has shifted to Commercial Building Inspections, we still have a sincere appreciation for helping people. We are still offering Home Inspection services to new and current Home Owners but availability may be limited in some seasons.
Do I need to attend the Inspection?

It is great if you can join the Building Inspection. It is an opportunity to learn and discuss Inspection findings. If you cannot attend the inspection, we can also review Inspection findings over the phone after you have the report.
How long does a Building Inspection take?

Home Inspections can take 2.5-3 hours typically. Commercial Building inspection timing is based largely on size and building configuration.
Who should attend the Commercial or Home inspection?

Primary decision makers for the transaction should attend the inspection. Building inspections are not the time for a family reunion.
How much does an Inspection cost?

Home Inspections can cost $400-$650 on average depending on size and location. Commercial Building inspections cost $1,000-$4,000 on average depending on size and location.
What areas do you provide Inspection services?

Milwaukee and Waukesha is our primary service area but we do extend our services through Central Wisconsin as well for Commercial Inspections. Some of our Commercial Inspections have taken us 3 hours to North/West Wisconsin.
