4Site is built on the vision of Rick Francis. Rick purchased his first home at 19 years of age with the help of a local first time Home Buyer’s program. He not only became a Home Owner, but also a Landlord immediately. Over the years, Rick acquired additional properties; managing them himself independently. Rick spent many years in the Investment industry which developed his client centric focus and contributed to his ability to manage critical conversations in challenging situations. With over 2,500 Home inspections completed as of 09/2023, multiple certifications including Certified Master Inspector, Certified Commercial Inspector and an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate, Rick has become a critical resource in the Real Estate industry. 

 

Because of his personal experience, Rick has been in the client's shoes and understands their needs. Through his knowledge and keen ability to draw clues and history together, Rick tells the story of the building to the client in a way that best suits the client.
