4Site is built on the vision of Rick Francis. Rick purchased his first Duplex at 19 years of age. Rick spent many years in the Commercial Investment industry before working under Tom and Deb Dempsey at Shamrock Building Inspections. In 2023, Rick successfully completed the Associates In Commercial Real State program and is the only Building Inspector Alumni to Graduate the ACRE program. In 2023, Rick also acquired Shamrock Building Inspections as Tom and Deb moved into a Consultant role for him. With over 3,500 Building inspections completed as of 10/2025, multiple certifications including Certified Master Inspector, Certified Commercial Inspector and an Associate’s Degree in Real Estate, Rick has become a critical resource in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

After taking on very large Building Inspection jobs and Inspections that involve multiple buildings. Rick recruited the help of Taneisha. A Certified Management Professional with the skill set and experience to help manage large Commercial Property Inspection projects.
