After 25 years in business, Shamrock Building Inspection Consultants was sold to Rick Francis in 2023. Rick started his career at Shamrock before establishing 4Site Building Inspections. As Rick's focus shifted into the Commercial Building Inspection sector of business, the previous owners of Shamrock retired to their Cabin up North as they always planned and left the Shamrock tradition of quality Commercial Property Inspections to Rick.
