Rick Francis did an exceptional job with out recent building inspection. He was on time, professional and extremely thorough. He made time in his busy schedule to get our inspection done quickly which we greatly appreciated. In a hot house market as we have now here in Milwaukee every hour can be crucial. He patiently explained each item of concern and gave so much helpful information throughout the process. The report was ready the same day! The report is easy to read and includes photo documentations of issues. Defects/repair replace items were clearly indicated. Price is reasonable too!!

Great experience using Rick to complete my home inspection. He pulls out all the stops and is thorough the check everything even getting up on roofs versus only using a drone. Seeing and touching is believing. Questions asked during the inspection were answered confidently and timely. He offered reasonable suggestions for additional items which may be of value prior to closing to help protect my family while making a large investment in our future.
